Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk / Typing Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional administrative support, data entry services, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to arenaflex teams, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management via email, phone, and other digital channels
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
