What You'll Do
As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
- Providing customers with knowledgeable answers and solutions to their issues, using scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and quality
- Keeping in touch with your managers and team members to receive feedback, guidance, and support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and notes
Who You Are
We're looking for customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. If you have:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these roles have been successful in this position)
- Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
