Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from the public, booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication skills to empathize with callers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from the public, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a polite and professional manner

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Use your excellent communication skills to empathize with callers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and our booking system

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of our booking system and processes
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
