Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming contacts from guests, answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations, and providing support for booking needs and loyalty requests. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you will be equipped to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming contacts from guests via voice, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets and guest privacy
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No prior related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
  • No supervisory experience is necessary
  • No license or certification is required

Work Environment and Company Culture
