Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide compassionate patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security

• Offer preventive and clinical medical care services, including vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services
• Ensure accurate compounding, administration, audit, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures
• Uphold the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and collaborate with the pharmacy manager to identify opportunities for process improvements, financial optimization, and enhanced patient experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience
• Participate in community outreach activities to promote the arenaflex brand, enhance learning experiences, and improve overall well-being

Tasks:

* Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical providers as necessary

• Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication therapy management, and medication management
• Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required
• Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies, and standards
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to establish strategies that promote efficient workflow, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and soliciting colleague feedback
• Ensure the accurate handling of all components of the arenaflex Apportioning strategy related to state and government-controlled substance regulations while filling prescriptions
• Maintain current knowledge of data technology related to pharmacy systems, including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to support patients and pharmacy staff
• Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and advance professional development

Individuals and Performance Management:

* Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to develop and implement staff training programs, provide constructive feedback, and encourage colleague growth and development

• Foster a culture of collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing expectations, recognizing progress, and promoting a shared vision
• Participate in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning

Preparation and Self-Awareness:

* Maintain current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state regulations to provide such clinical services

• Stay up-to-date with current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications
• Pursue professional development by attending training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge
• Seek feedback and constructive criticism to improve performance and advance professional growth

Essential Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician from an accredited educational institution

• Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and government-controlled substance regulations
• Immunization certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire

Preferred Capabilities:

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers
