As a remote call center customer service representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing empathetic support throughout their journey.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate remote call center customer service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in our services through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation and providing support and guidance as needed
  • Manage a high volume of connections, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualifying callers
  • Multitask, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows, to ensure seamless and efficient interactions with callers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage caller interactions and follow scripts as appropriate
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to your work and maintaining productivity

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
  • Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with the ability to manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours
  • Be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and use problem-solving skills to resolve challenges

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, with a starting rate of $17.31/hour and opportunities for commissions and bonuses, with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)

  • Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
