[Remote] Sales Representative and Design Consultant

Kitchen Tune-Up is a fast-growing, design-focused Kitchen Remodeling company seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join their team. The role involves meeting with homeowners, guiding them through the sales process, and collaborating with design teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Meet in person with homeowners to assess their needs and present functional and design-forward solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to close
- Close same-day sales opportunities
- Generate your own leads to earn higher commission sales
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
- Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure project success
- Mentor new team members as the company continues to grow
Skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience (home services, remodeling, or design experience a plus)
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Located and willingness to work in the Triad area (centered in Greensboro)
