Property & Casualty Client Service Associate

Garback Financial is a client-focused financial planning, wealth management, and insurance firm established in 1988. They are seeking a Property & Casualty Client Service Associate to support their insurance team and deliver high-quality client experiences, with opportunities for both entry-level and licensed candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Property & Casualty clients, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, certificates, and general account servicing
• Handle inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail
• Complete daily tasks and priorities assigned by the Property & Casualty Manager
• Maintain accurate client records and support internal workflows and documentation standards
• Learn carrier systems, policy structures, and coverage fundamentals through training and hands-on experience
• Collaborate with licensed team members to ensure consistent and reliable client service

Skills

• Strong communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of client calls, emails, and service requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Reliable, coachable, and able to follow established processes
• Client-first mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
• Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain licensure within 3–6 months
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or call-center environments preferred
• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required
