Responsibilities

As a part-time remote data entry associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining and updating databases with current information related to Disney products, services, and other relevant data points, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, adhering to established quality standards and ensuring the highest levels of data integrity.
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively, leveraging your strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Assisting in organizing and categorizing data to facilitate easy access and retrieval, ensuring that data is easily accessible and usable by team members.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of data protection and security.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns related to data entry tasks, providing clear and concise updates and feedback.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with additional education or training in data entry or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment, leveraging your strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Disney products, services, and brand values is a plus, but not required.
