Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include answering support tickets, providing phone support, escalating tickets when necessary, and collaborating with our support and QA teams to improve our documentation and support policies. Responsibilities

* Answer tickets that come in through Zendesk (email) and provide timely, effective solutions to customer inquiries

  • Provide phone support when requested by customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Escalate tickets when you don't have the knowledge or tools to answer the ticket, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Report to the Support Team when there are any issues or recurring problems, facilitating proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the support and QA team to improve our documentation and support policies, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer support

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred, but not required
  • Ability to use private WiFi in a secure workspace, ensuring data security and integrity
  • Possess a laptop or desktop device (preferably to which you have exclusive use), ensuring seamless access to our systems and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Experience with SaaS or web-based services, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and best practices
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $28.50 per hour

  • 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

Shift Schedule

* Monday - Friday + EST: 1:00pm - 9:00pm + CST: 12:00pm - 8:00pm + MST: 11:00am - 7:00pm + PST: 10:00am - 6:00pm Note: You'll be required to help out when other team members need time off, by swapping shifts or covering an additional shift.
