Job Overview

Day in the Life

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, collaborate with pharmacy leaders on team training plans, and assist with orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
• Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
• Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
• Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Working alongside our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
