  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, supporting the smooth operation of our business

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
