Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving English inbound calls and providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
  • Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, provide updates, and promote products and services
  • Answering questions from English customers, forwarding messages to clients, and escalating complex issues to senior team members
  • Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and team members
  • Flexible availability, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license (not required for remote work)
  • Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

Work-from-Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you'll need:

  • A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
  • A USB-connected headset
  • A webcam
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
