Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels
- Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have
- Providing attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
- Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
