The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting existing arenaflex users through live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and providing clear, concise explanations of scenarios and solutions
  • Handling daily and weekly administrative responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
  • Working with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems
  • Contributing to the development and expansion of processes to streamline support workflows

What You'll Need

* 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience

  • 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support is a plus, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills
  • Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
