Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Possess basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a stable internet connection and access to a phone device, laptop, or computer
  • Be able to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in data entry software applications, such as Excel, Access, or other specialized tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
