About the Role

Our customer support team is the backbone of our client's experience. We're looking for talented individuals who can provide top-notch support, address client requests, and work creatively to resolve issues. As a customer support specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to deliver a "human-first" experience that exceeds our clients' expectations. You'll work closely with our clients to answer how-to questions, investigate issues, and provide timely and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with arenaflex clients to address how-to questions and investigate issues related to our platform
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and other channels
  • Become a subject matter expert in arenaflex products, including technical and client use-case levels
  • Identify opportunities to help clients maximize their value from arenaflex and provide proactive support to drive business growth
  • Work with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies, share feedback, and drive client value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, account management, and maintenance, to drive client engagement and retention

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a motivated, innovative, and client-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have:

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience providing customer support for Software as a Service (SaaS) products to businesses
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality support and driving client satisfaction
  • Experience working with online software or SaaS products, or IT experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Background in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Certifications in customer support, sales, or marketing
