Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
* Providing exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
* Working closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
* Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Documenting and updating customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications
To succeed as an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
