Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems, verifying the accuracy of data, and maintaining confidentiality of all information processed. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering and updating data in a timely and accurate manner
• Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections
• Maintaining confidentiality of all information processed
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards
• Utilizing data entry software and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing and accuracy skills, with a minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed
• Familiarity with data entry software and procedures, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

Work Schedule
