You will also assist cardholders in booking travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using their accumulated points. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points as needed
  • Help customers book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using their accumulated points

Requirements and Qualifications
