Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing electronic submissions from our members, comparing data with source documents, and verifying accuracy. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to industry regulations. Key Responsibilities

* Process electronic submissions from members, comparing data with source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with specified requirements

• Verify supporting documentation meets specified requirements, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Accurately document and record member information, maintaining up-to-date records and files
• Consistently meet established daily quotas, demonstrating efficiency and productivity
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in PC operations and navigation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Desire and ability to be a team player, with a customer-focused mindset
• Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home
• Quiet and private workspace free of distraction and interruption

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and CRM software

• Data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
