Key Responsibilities

As a Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
  • Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase
  • Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment
  • Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
  • Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with LiveEngage (LivePerson) or similar platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
