Job Overview

As an e-Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve.

Key Responsibilities

As an e-Fulfillment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems, email, and other online platforms
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Completing additional projects as assigned by your team lead or manager
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
