We're seeking a Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your duties will include:

  • Performing data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files
  • Copying, collating, and preparing reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
  • Working between 16 - 25 hours per week

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to type at least 50 wpm
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Basic understanding of office equipment
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in data entry or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
