Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Understanding customers' businesses and needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Developing and implementing strategies to deepen and expand customer relationships with arenaflex
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and reducing churn through proactive issue resolution and feedback
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and improve customer experiences
  • Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and executing customer success plans to achieve business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with CRM systems, customer success platforms, and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
