• Checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues
• Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner to deliver high-quality results
• Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
• Supporting implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process

You will be a progressive and collaborative team player, working on multiple tasks or projects associated with PAs, and demonstrating the ability to encourage change and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/risk identification
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to think strategically and demonstrate sound reasoning and judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects
• Excellent verbal and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
• A self-motivated and effective attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
• Experience using MS Access database
