Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via voice calls and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide expert support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English: You'll be communicating with customers in both languages, so fluency is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication): A degree in a related field will give you a solid foundation in customer support principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: You'll be communicating with customers via voice calls and chat, so strong communication skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment: Customer support can be challenging, so you'll need to be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.): Familiarity with customer support software will give you a head start in this role.
