Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients via phone, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to identify and resolve client issues, improve client retention, and relay valuable feedback to inform our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and issues

  • Identify and resolve client concerns, improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a positive and supportive experience
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with our development team to resolve complex problems
  • Communicate customer feedback and requests to our product and development teams, driving product improvements and enhancements
  • Work with our cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite, to streamline support operations and improve efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our support team

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment

  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Data-driven individual with a passion for analyzing customer feedback and driving product improvements
  • Ability to handle escalated customer issues, remaining patient and empathetic in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others to achieve exceptional customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss technically detailed processes and integrations with customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
