Job Overview
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
