• Resolving basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other customer inquiries
• Providing standardized or scripted responses to customers using a user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) and established documentation and processes
• Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
• Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
• Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Flexibility and openness to working mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
• Ability to work on camera at all times

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Banking customer service experience
