Claims Representative I, Auto

As the Claims Representative I, Auto, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims while providing exceptional client service and contributing to a client-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement
• Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims
• Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries
• Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims

Skills

• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• You are driven to create an exceptional customer experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced and changing working environment
• You are comfortable with technology and have excellent computer skills
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams
• Having experience in insurance or a related client service focused field is an asset
• You have a desire to grow your education by working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses
• Having a post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset
