Licensed Financial Services Representative
Charles Schwab is committed to helping clients own their financial futures, and they are seeking a Licensed Financial Services Representative to provide financial guidance and build lasting relationships with clients. In this role, you will engage with clients, advocate for their needs, and tackle complex issues to deliver optimal solutions while being part of a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Give clients financial guidance while forming lasting relationships built on trust, respect, and reaching a common goal
- Engage with, and be an advocate for, clients when answering inbound calls
- Take ownership, and tackle complex issues to offer the best possible solution
- Work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
Skills
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
