Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information about products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness, escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary
• Documenting interactions and maintaining customer records
• Striving to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward customer issues
• High school diploma or equivalent
