Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our merchants and customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and driving business growth through coaching and mentoring. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.   • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role at a food delivery or logistics company

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
