Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving business growth and improvement through data insights and process optimization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data management cycles, analyzing large datasets, and creating actionable business insights to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, and coordinating data and creating reports that provide real-time status updates for business performance.
- Recovering and investigating large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
- Planning and implementing reporting solutions to empower stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions.
- Taking ownership of processes to ensure that each report is accurate and meets the highest standards of client satisfaction in resolving data errors.
- Assembling and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
- Reviewing existing metrics, building new metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
- Supporting cross-functional teams on the daily execution of existing program performance.
- Creating complex queries to drill deep into process issues.
- Enhancing processes to improve client experience.
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or computer science.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
- Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience with QuickSight dashboards and visual creation.
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following skills and experiences would be highly valued:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
- Familiarity with a programming language like Python or R.
- Experience with at least one of the statistical modeling languages or toolsets.
