Job Summary
As a Customer Insights student at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will challenge your skills and knowledge, while providing you with valuable experience and exposure to the many facets of a strategic enterprise. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive products/actions. Your work will involve analyzing consumer opinion data, evaluating market trends, and transforming research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that will drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the evaluation of market trends and analysis of consumer opinion data to identify opportunities for arenaflex
- Support aspects of the research process, including designing, executing, and analyzing consumer research
- Transform research findings into actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with outside research vendors to gather data and insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brands, products, and services
Essential Qualifications
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree at an accredited university
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round, during normal business hours Monday-Friday
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for understanding consumer behavior
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently a Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Market Research, Social Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Advanced analytical skills and creative / resourceful information mining and data analytic skills
- Experience working with data analysis tools and software
- Familiarity with arenaflex's brands, products, and services
