Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers in our delivery stations. You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. Key Responsibilities
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email; Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience.
- Analyze data; Use stories and experience to complement data; Willing to seek out and develop work flows and procedures. Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
- Use Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions.

- Work in a warehouse production environment where noise level and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided).
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
