[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InnoVint is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help build their outreach strategy to wineries. This role involves using data-driven prospecting methods and AI tools to engage potential clients and create a pipeline for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target winery accounts using thoughtful, personalized outreach powered by data, segmentation, and AI tools
  • Create and customize outbound sequences to reach winery owners, GMs, winemakers, operations, and finance leaders
  • Engage prospects across channels including email, LinkedIn, social selling, and cold calling
  • Test creative prospecting ideas such as warm intros, events, gifting, and tailored messaging
  • Confidently handle objections and questions over email and phone
  • Book first meetings directly onto Account Executive calendars
  • Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns and events to generate pipeline
  • Track activity and results in HubSpot to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
  • Help build and document the SDR playbook by capturing what works, what doesn’t, and why
  • Share feedback with Sales and Marketing on messaging, personas, segments, and objections

Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills. You write and speak in a way that's thoughtful, concise, and human
  • You connect easily with people. You're curious, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations with someone new
  • Tech savviness. You're comfortable working in tools like HubSpot and ChatGPT and can pick up new software quickly
  • You have experience in sales development, marketing, or growth roles. Direct SDR experience is a plus but not required
  • You take ownership, move quickly, and hold yourself accountable for results
  • Passion and interest in the wine industry and learning how wineries operate (industry experience not required)
  • Energy and ambition. You want to help build something from the ground up and be part of a growing team
