Client Care Representative

Premier Disability Services is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm looking for a Client Care Representative to join their team in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this entry-level role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
• Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
• Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database

Skills

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
• Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
