The role involves responding to leads, scheduling appointments, and providing an exceptional client experience while collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound buyer and seller leads (phone, text, email)
- Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture long-term prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule buyer and listing appointments
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up plans in the CRM
- Provide a luxury-level, professional client experience
- Collaborate with agents and admin staff for seamless handoffs
- Track activity, appointments set, and conversion metrics
Skills
- Active Ontario Real Estate License (required)
- Strong phone skills and confident communication style
- Organized, consistent, and comfortable working with CRMs
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor suitable for luxury clientele
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Previous real estate sales or inside sales experience preferred
