[Remote] Inside Sales Associate-Remote (Start Date: 3/2/26)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindr is a company dedicated to providing substance use safety, detection, and monitoring products. The Inside Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, assist with their needs, communicate pricing, and upsell additional products.
Responsibilities
- In-bound and some out-bound calls to and from prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
- No cold calling
- Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
- Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
- Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
Skills
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
- Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Attention to detail and strong follow through
- Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
- A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
- Must reside in the United States
- Remote work experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
