About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to support our organizational team players and agents in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with the sales team, internal and external customers, and IT, managing multiple projects simultaneously and possessing strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including in-house agents, high-profile agents, and senior management.
  • Monitor internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, meet clients' expectations, provide and maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software to provide expert support to our clients.
  • Assist the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience.
  • Support the internal agent audit team, providing administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing support or directing callers to the appropriate department, and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma required, with experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, with advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, title software, and Jira preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of title insurance underwriting, agency operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced skills in software applications, including Microsoft Office, title software, and Jira.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, title insurance, or a related field.
