Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and professional service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handling complex customer situations and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Assisting with special projects, training, and coaching as needed
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Scheduling and following up on payment arrangements for delinquent accounts
  • Coordinating disconnections for non-payment and scheduling re-connects
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Setting priorities, planning, and coordinating work activities to accomplish work objectives
  • Ensuring all working practices are compliant with arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory rules

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and accounting or billing software required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience required
  • Experience with electronic data storage processes required
  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a utility or energy-related industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
