Job Overview:

As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and handling various digital tools and platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, from initial contact to resolution. You'll work closely with our team to resolve disputes, process orders, create shipping labels, and manage social media outreach to influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms

  • Manage sales inquiries, troubleshoot customer problems, and handle returns/exchanges
  • Process orders, create shipping labels, and calculate product prices
  • Prevent and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe
  • Create compelling copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and social media posts
  • Design and create renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Work with AI tools to create new content and improve customer engagement
  • Manage social media outreach to influencers and respond to customer inquiries
  • Conduct follow-up and sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)

  • Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify
  • Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
  • Strong sales abilities and experience
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
  • Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support experience
  • Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
  • High understanding of worldwide addresses
  • Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls
  • Proficiency in creating compelling copy

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in providing live chat support

  • Familiarity with AI tools and content creation
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns and influencer outreach
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $550 USD per month, plus a performance-based bonus of up to $1000 USD per month. You'll also enjoy:

  • Flexible working hours (8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with Sunday off and 4 hours on Saturday)
