Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing to join our military travel division in Houston. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client profiles and travel itineraries, and ensuring compliance with military travel regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing for arenaflex's military travel division, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for military clients
- Managing and updating client profiles and travel itineraries in our database
- Providing administrative support to our team of travel agents by organizing paperwork, completing data entry tasks, and preparing documents
- Liaising with military personnel to ensure all necessary travel documents and approvals are obtained
- Processing payments and making reservations for clients as needed
- Conducting research and providing recommendations for accommodations, activities, and travel options based on client needs
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Staying up-to-date on military travel regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in all travel arrangements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
