What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy: You'll be responsible for accurately inputting sales orders on a daily basis, ensuring that there are no more than 2 errors per month.
  • Setting up and maintaining standing orders for customers: You'll work with customers to set up and maintain standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions.
  • Processing exceptions and handling related tasks: You'll be responsible for processing exceptions and handling related tasks, such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims.
  • Attending scheduled meetings and maintaining a strong presence in the workplace: You'll be expected to attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace, demonstrating your commitment to your role and the team.
  • Providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards: You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in a customer service environment, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • High School diploma preferred: While a high school diploma is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with equivalent experience or education.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries: You'll need to be able to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines: You'll need to be able to manage stress while meeting deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.
