Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, or email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer. • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email
• Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner
• Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team for further development and improvement
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer support goals
