Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues
• Entering customer information into our database with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining and updating records as needed, ensuring that our data systems remain up-to-date and efficient
• Assisting in data collection and organization for various projects, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
• Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to analyze and present data insights
• Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service operations, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of pivot tables and data analysis
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
