Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Jr CVS Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting data into CVS systems, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures, and ensuring that all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner
• Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered, and ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved promptly
• Assisting in generating reports as needed, and providing data analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into CVS systems
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau
