Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, which is essential to providing the best possible service to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and print files, when required
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven Experience as a Data Entry Clerk: We're looking for individuals with proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Excellent Typing Skills: You'll need to have excellent typing skills, with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for this role.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong attention to accuracy are critical for this position.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: You'll need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
